Poor practices and no Easy way to Cancel
I sought out a different vitamin company. Their website is bright and welcoming and I liked the selection of vitamins. I signed up to try 3 different vitamins and knew that it was going to be a recurring subscription. I wasn't too worried about it as I could push back the next ship date. Fast forward a couple months now and I get an email that my order was processing. I never received a reminder email and with life being busy didn't think to check my account for the ship date. I used the chat feature on the website to cancel my subscription entirely after having no luck on the website to cancel. It was a little frustrating that there was no easy way on my account to cancel or pause my subscription. However, the agent had no trouble cancelling my subscription and I promptly received an email confirmation. What I am most upset about is there is no way to cancel the order I just received a notification about. The email said the status was processing, but the agent said the shipping label was already created and the order was shipped. Mind you I don't have a tacking number yet and the order doesn't who in recent orders on my account. I can return the box for a refund but have to pay for the shipping label out of pocket. I can't believe this business doesn't offer assistance for returns and doesn't send a reminder email about an upcoming order. A few of the other subscriptions I have always send an email a few days before. I am very dissatisfied with the policies of this company and do not plan to ever order from them again.
