They stoled my $193.00 I am a 66 year old senior. Initially, received a partial functioning key fob. Representative Tricia tm(NC) took it back to send in for another. I never received it. After countless calls and texts, plus Costco involved no response. Now it is time to file a complaint with the NC State's Attorney General's Office, BBB and go to WBTV consumer investigations reporting.
