Horrible
Horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT book through this agency. I tried to use a credit from a COVID cancelled trip but when I typed in the credit code, I was told by United Airlines that the code was invalid and that the credit that I'd been told was there was fake and didn't exist. When I tried to call them, the 1-2 minute wait for the agent took 90 minutes before I hung up and had to leave for another obligation. I tried the Messenger and was first told they were too busy to deal with me, then briefly conversed with an agent, Cheryl, and was told that things would be resolved within 24 - 48 hours. Of course, since then I've heard nothing from them except for unwanted spam for hotels where I'd wanted to travel to. I've attempted messaging again but have waited for more than 24 hours without a response other than the automated one. What this company is doing appears to be fraudulent and likely illegal. DO NOT USE THEM. The Federal Trade Commission should investigate this company for criminality.
