Lack of communication
Had no email regarding when this order would be delivered. Eventually DHL sent an email that they were waiting on it. I hadn't realised the policy for a Saturday delivery had changed, my fault for not checking. I waited for over a week for this order to be delivered too. Pleased with the products and packaged well. Thank you.
