Yesterday another banks ATM ate my card. Claire at Bank Of Ireland was just amazing. I was in such a state as its very near Christmas. Id like to thank Claire and i hope her management team recognise her worth. I wish all businesses had someone like Claire it would make life a lot easier in a very fast moving, stressful world.
