NO PAYMENT/NO RESPONSE
I upgraded my account to get the extra clicks and even though I couldn’t figure out the html part, after a year I made some money. However, not knowing that my auto pay was enabled I only got $50 and not $70 that was in my account!! So not wanting to lose that money, I continued to click every day for well over a year and now that it’s time to cash out they suddenly want me to verify my account!! Even though I already had a payment history!! I sent them the 4 required documents but have had NO response!! It’s been 2 months!! Don’t trust this company to pay!! Too many loop holes!! Ok I see your reply-but perhaps you could have let me know over the last 4 months since I sent my verification documents. Why does this have to be so difficult?? However now you have blocked my account so I can’t sign in to finish this. I really just want to complete my payout and close my account!! Yes it is suspended, but I requested payout months ago, and after no response from you I became desperate and got my husband to create an account so I could transfer it to him. As per your faq section, it’s one account per email address so I didn’t realize I couldn’t do this. Also, the extra acct happened days ago so I should still have received my payment. Just do what’s fair or people will be afraid to sign up with you due to all the loopholes you made me jump through just to get what I earned!!
