Not good customer service
Went to Greggs this morning in Macclesfield . I wanted a bacon bap the lady said we don’t have enough bacon , then she said oh we do ?? I had the 2 hash browns . Then I asked about the deal which included an orange juice she said that’s not in the deal it’s the small juice next to it , there were no small orange juices ? Which I explained to the lady . No reply was there no small juices in the back or has nobody replenished the fridge . I have to say was disgusting the hash browns were cold the bacon was minimal and I ended up with a bottle of water as no orange juice ! Come on Greggs I’m sure even on a Sunday you can do better . The staff were clueless and I won’t be buying again .
