Do not fly with SunExpress!!!! Originally booked our holiday with Tui but were thrown on a sunexpress flight When we arrived in turkey for our weeks holiday , my suitcase didn’t, 5 days into the holiday they still don’t know where it is it took them 4 days to tell us the luggage isn’t in Dalaman airport , this was obvious, honestly I’m not surprised as at Manchester airport when checking our luggage in none of the staff had a clue what they were doing 3 flights were being made to que in one check in desk and when we arrived in Dalaman there was 4 luggage unclaimed for so would only assume other people are in the same situation as me Absolute joke Didn’t think this company could get any worse, unable to submit compensation form and don’t answer the phone so impossible to deal with
