My doc wanted to Rx zepbound to help with weight related medical issues. My ins co required me to be in a weight loss program for 3 months first. I knew I didn’t want weight watchers or noom so my internet hunt brought me to Form Health - it was easy to sign up, a scale that connects to them and the app was sent, it was a quick process to get appts, and #1 = my medical team is very knowledgeable and has been so helpful on my journey. Don’t get the wrong idea - it’s the basics - good food, portions, consistency, be active — but their support and Rx’d meds help soo much than being on your own. I’ve been on the program for 4 mo and have lost 13 lbs before getting the zepbound (beginning that med now after ins issue) A review much like this set me onto Form Health - hopefully my review does the same for another!
