I waited 20 years to see a nutritionalist and I had complete faith in Natasha from the very outset. She completely transformed the way I was eating, created order and goals where there were none and showed me the healthy way to eat and manage meals. Where tests were recommended we investigated and the results were fascinating. So everything is tailored to what you need and where to focus improvement. For me the improvements were dramatic and seen within the first month. But I did follow her to her word and was strict with the changes I wanted to make. Thank you Tasha
