Not reliable and poor customer service response times/ communication
I ordered a boiler service through openrent and this company was supposed to carry it out. They did not do it and did not contact me regarding any issues they might have had with this. There was also no suitable response - so I emailed them after 10 days to which they replied that the engineer was unable to carry it out. This left me without a safety certificate/ boiler service for more than a month. Useless customer service. Not worth the money you pay and not reliable. Luckily I got a full refund from openrent.
