Terrible bank

Terrible bank. App terrible, whole banking infrastructure just terrible. Can't send lump sums into your savings account unless its by direct debit or standing order. Tried to open the said savings account and it would have been easier to move gold bars from Russia. Took at least 6 months because of a silly error in the address. Opened up a business account a while back and they sent all my statement correspondence to my companies registered office which is my accountant as opposed to my address. So I was paying my accountant to open letters and forward to me!! My wife has tried to send a payment recently to another BOI customer, a car dealer, and it took 3 days to reach their account! Why this isn't an instant thing with 2 hours is just beyond belief! The only reason we are with BOI is because we were sent there by KBC withdrawing from the market. KBC were brilliant in comparison. Just a terrible bank with little to no efficiency in its operations or transparency. I'll have to strongly consider moving to a fintech once and for all.
