This app is amazing!
This is an excellent app. I am really starting to love myself as a person, and my weight loss is happening right along with the self love. I like that you can choose between a woman's or a man's voice to listen to sessions. I find the female voice most relaxing for me. I just turn it on and soon I'm asleep. It's so nice to have this app to use and not have to drive into town to see a therapist. Saves me lots in gas money, and this hypnosis really gets to the bottom of your feeling of angst and teaches you through your subconscious that you are a good person and worthy of good things, no matter your past, it doesn't need to define you any longer. This app fixes what's wrong at a cellular level. It's so wonderful. I turned my son onto it. I hope he follows through with the alcohol sessation program. I know it would work for him as well as it does for me. He just needs to break down and try it.
