I ordered a Taylor Swift Stanley for my granddaughter for Christmas. I ordered it in October to make sure it got here. It got here three days before Christmas but it was a Stanley knockoff,Stanley had nothing to do with this thing. When I confronted them about it, it took weeks to get answers and they are pretty much saying too bad we are just like a Stanley and won’t give me my money back. Never never never again. I don’t know if this will help, but I notified Stanley about the problem of them claiming these are real Stanley’s when their Chinese knock offs.
