I was pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness and attention to detail. great customer service after I signed up. but then when I logged into their portal I was REALLY blown away. The features. depth of reporting. ease of use. I was originally looking to use them one time (just to see if they actually did anything). But now I am planning to subscribe annually. Really impressed
