First mistake but last
First mistake, last mistake. It is funny to see positive comments are written very professionally with no mistakes in spelling or grammar IT SHOWS THAT THEY ARE GENUINE AND ARE NOT WRITTEN BY LUBE FAMILY. Anyway,I had a brand new van with spongy brake and the hand brake needed to be adjusted. I got a quotation from one company for $124 for full job but for 3 days later to show up and from Lube “from$90” for that Tomorrow. I booked Lube. Next day the guy turned up and I again explained the problem and he said;it cost $509 I said it is too much but he said that is fix price of Lube.Anyway I accepted and paid and he finished the job , since I needed the car next morning. I was waiting to receive a link from Lube to put my comments but never happen after a month. I finally called them for overcharging people. Mr Lube said, not only we did not overcharged you but under charged you. We start charging customer from the time our Van arrives and leaves. $178 an hour. I said even if your PROFESSIONAL mechanics start chatting and smoking, still customers should pay for that ?? If your mechanics finish a ONE HOUR job in 10 hours, customer should pay $1780 plus GST ???? That Mr manager couldn’t answer this question but I told him that with that many negative comments in internet about Lube, you can not survive that much in this competitive market. Anyway, I asked Mr manger at least to send me their link for my comment, but after 2 month I have not received anything. So thanks trustpilot that gives us chance to share our experience. Mr Lube, Please don’t copy paste your general answer under my comment. All your answer are same .
