Persistence pays off!
Persistence pays off! Our house in Wellesbourne had been on the market for over 9 months. Like many larger houses it was slow to move for a variety of reasons including the number of local new builds. After 6 months in desperation we went with a rival estate agent, but still retained Peter Clarke. However persistence pays off and due to the efforts of Viv,Harry and Mark we finally secured a sale in September. Although our sale of the house took longer than expected due to the length of the chain we are finally moving in January. Thanks to all the team at Peter Clarke for sticking at the job and eventually securing us a buyer
