Honestly if I couldd give 0 stars i would. I booked a rather expensive weekend away for my sister for her 40th birthday. This had been booked for months when spa seakers emailed me to say they had the price wrong and wanted more money (I had already spent £480 by this point and the booking was in a couple of months) I explained i wasn't happy to pay more as I paid in full the price agreed. The company then tried to offer me different hotels in completely different locations and a different quality or to move to a different date. We couldn't move the date as holidays had been taken from work and childcare arranged. I was also unhappy with alternative as the area was not an area I feel you could spend a weekend in and the hotel was a far less quality. I explained that I understand that mistakes happen however I was not happy with the solution and wanted an alternative solution. This was December 25. A month later (January 26) I had no response. The weekend was due to take place in February 26. I had no choice but to request a refund. I received a refund however have been left with no spa weekend and no time to book another one as its only a month away prices have risen. I only received an email with a to confirm the refund however in my eye, very little if none empathy that they have completely ruined a gift. No follow up on my complaint. I will not be using this company again due to the lack of customer service and lack of update/ communication.
