Car collected and returned to correct drop off point. Car returned as per terms and conditions, full of fuel, clean, on time. Keys posted and videos made that I have as evidence on my phone but still charged £222.38 to my AMEX CC. I have logged as a fraudulent transaction with AMEX this AM. Tried to call Car net, no reply. Email sent and read, no reply. I await your reply, apology, explanation and immediate refund. Such a shame as everything went so well and WAS going to use you again, maybe not now!
