This company is hellbent on making the user experience as painful as possible.

I got surprised by a massive 400$AUD leaving my bank account one day for a service from these guys that I didn't want. Within hours I sent them a series of messages demanding they keep their boxes and give me my refund. Just canceling the subscriptions was excruciating, filled with numerous pop-ups trying to get me to stay. Battled with customer service who straight up lied to me and told me they 'couldnt' refund anything, but later admitting they could but simply chose not to. Never had this experience with superior companies like Amazon, who put the customer first. This company puts the customer LAST, and hides this contempt behind a veil of politeness. Their contempt for their customers is very real and I hope no one ever has to deal with this nightmare of a company.
