More then 15 years with Heart Internet. Let's say ten of those were really great. Excellent support. Now support tickets are typically not answered for a week or more. I never needed to use the chat service until recently. Now that is the only way to make contact and even that took half an hour to answer me this morning. I now have the long job of moving 60+ websites to another host. It is with regret i need to leave, but I've waited to too long to bite the bullet and it's my only option now.
