Ridiculous service
Ridiculous service, I signed up for a sim only contract the website auto deleted my flat number on the address so the SIM was returned, I had arranged for my number to be transferred over from my old provider, called and was told to send a email, called again was told the same thing however I refused so the matter was escalated then the following week my SIM was disconnected as I had agreed to transfer my number like I mentioned however I had not received the new SIM so I had no access to calls, text or data just WiFi so I sent another email, still no reply so I went on the website and managed to manually type my address and request a new SIM through the web assistant chat service however this was not connected to my account of course. So when the SIM arrived I called again and explained to customer service the complex issue, they AGAIN suggested sending another email. At this point I had enough so I cancelled the whole contract as it was not worth the stress and inconvenience and they made it clear I was within the 14 day cooling off period however I would receive charges for the first month I disputed this as I had no service and received no SIM, long story short she stated she had to request I not pay and then she could process the cancellation which would again be via email I agreed to just pay as I didn't want the hassle anymore. I hate being negative but I really would not recommend, it's extremely difficult to speak to someone and have your address changed which caused so much unnecessary hassle and stress for a simple request that was the website or softwares error to begin with. I wouldn't recommend after all of this, I managed to call and request my PAC number over the phone after the contract was cancelled and I explained my frustration at least 3 times. So I will be able to keep my number at least and have transferred it to another phone provider. This whole process was over 11 days and no one responded to the emails.
