Poor response by hotel
An unexpected health issue for one of our party of 3 has prevented them travelling for at least the next 6 months. Naturally we were very disappointed at not being able to travel as planned, and asked the hotel if we could push our booking back to April 2026, as we were still keen to make the trip. And the hotel had been a recommendation to us. Deeply disappointing that that hotel declined to allow us to postpone our trip to next year, when our friend will be able to travel again. We will be making the trip to Dubrovnik - but we will not be coming to this hotel. The lack of understanding for what is clearly a difficult situation for all concerned was surprising, and hugely disappointing.
