I have been a Venus customer for over 10 years now and buy most of my clothing from there however tried logging into website today and it told me if the last time I logged in was before August 6th I had to reset my password. Tried to do that and it kept telling me I had to put in code. Did that. Took me to site but never let me change password. Now everytime I login it tells me to reset and I go thru same process. Code and no option to reset. Also noticed that all of my favorites have disappeared and all of my order history is gone. New website is difficult to navigate. I am also very frustrated that I can't see any history or my favorites. It also isn't giving me the option to add favorites. Very disappointed in the new website.
