Poor Customer Service
Poor Customer Service was provided by Christian. My daughter ordered a MUD/WTR for me at full price. I ordered MUD/WTR for my friend at 50% Black Friday. The full price bag was 5 months newer than the discounted sale. I offered to keep the auto-shipment if Christian would exchange the questionable product for a fresh container. He said that the owners of the company would not allow him to exchange the product without me paying for the return shipment. I feel like the Customer Service Department is run by children. The product tastes fine but I cancelled the auto-shipment because it was the fault of MUD/WTR, sending aged inventory to me and then making the return postage at my expense. I'm trying the competitor. I hope they are more mature than Customer Service at MUD/WTR. I feel tricked.
