Poor communication
1. I rented a "ford focus or similar" in Cork airport and was given a Dacia Sandero which to my mind is a size smaller than a Focus. The staff were friendly. 2. I damaged the rear light and was charged 913 EUR for the replacement. What particularly annoyed me is that the charge was made without any communication whatsoever.
