Great property, Fantastic Management!
Its been a lovely experience living at a couple of AdHoc properties in Durham and Newcastle since 2018 till now thanks to Nikki and Darryl. The rooms are very good value for money, nice and warm, and helped me save a lot towards getting a house with my partner. Very importantly, the people you share the property with are extensively verified and checked with complete work, previous landlord and character references, to ensure that everyone feels safe. Nikki and Darryl are both fantastic to communicate with, and respond to any issue in a timely fashion. They have been very helpful and accomodating of my unique needs and circumstance. I highly recommend living in an AdHoc managed property to friends and anyone in need of an affordable place to stay.
