Agents long to connect and quick to disconnect i
I had an issue with my eSIM where it just stopped working and I contacted them. Firstly, I had to wait about 15 minutes until an agent actually connected and then when I asked him to help me, he just said he resent a new eSIM and then he just disconnected before I could even try and use that eSim & of course it wasn’t working! So I connected again and I had to wait another 15 minutes and then I was connected to a different agent. He told me what to do, but he also disconnected within a few seconds when I was trying to do it. So eventually I just had to figure it out for myself. Can the agents be more patient and actually wait until we agree that the issue has been resolved before quickly disconnecting?!
