I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. The system sent to me did not work. That’s not the problem, things happen. I tried customer service and fairly easily got a tech. Each time the tech read from a script and clearly did not know anything. Finally I was accelerated to an engineer only to find out the engineer call you back. Well 4 days later, no call. As bad as customer service department as I have seen in a long time. For this kind of money you can’t disregard the customer like this.
