Disappointing experience !!
I am very dissatisfied with the service. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with them, as all calls are answered by AI rather than a real person. They delayed resolving my concerns until the cooling-off period had passed, leaving me unable to cancel and still required to pay. The social media and marketing course was not worth the amount charged, and when I requested to cancel, I was instead told they would change my course content—yet I was never even given proper access. Despite repeatedly asking for a call back and clarification on the cancellation procedure, no one ever followed up.
