Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service
I had a terrible experience speaking with a customer service agent — he was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the conversation. Based on this interaction alone, I would never recommend booking a flight through Travel House. The overall customer service was nothing short of pathetic. Completely unacceptable. @Travel house, I have never enquired about a flight from London to Kathmandu, I have booked my flight from London to Bangalore online and I had to discuss about that. Stop publishing false information as soon as I put up a genuine experience which I encountered.
