Missing points
Recently I stopped into the Beachwood location and inquired about why my recent online orders were no longer accruing points as Beachwood is the contact for online orders. I had placed orders totaling more that $300 in the previous 2 months and wanted to redeem my points in the store since I wasn’t seeing them online. They looked my points up and there were only 90 points. I said that I had recently placed orders and should have at least $300 of points accrued. The counter person (a young female) was condescending about it and then launched on a rant about how hard the upcoming postal service delivery ban will be on their business and that the “were getting screwed too” when I complained about not getting my points. Not very good customer service. A shame. Ordering online this past year has been a lifesaver but, if this is the attitude in the store, I’m rethinking my sourcing for juice, coils & hardware.
