Save your money and DO NOT use this company!!

I would NOT recommend this company!! We wanted all our windows and doors replaced and also new cladding and some brick work. We had a few quotes from a number of small businesses and then one from Anglian. The sales man, Matt obviously very good at talking the talk and we decided to go with an established company where we have the reassurance to go back to in case something goes wrong and we were promised a 8-12 week delivery which was by far the shortest out of all quotes. We placed our order with the excess of £15k and we were promised that we will be well looked after and any issues we can contact Matt any day any time. We had our doors and windows replaced with a big delay and the installer decided he would do the job on his own and hence it took him a week to complete the work. We thought alright at least it’s being done! On inspection the guy made such mess with the caulking and the plastering that it’s falling off the wall!!!! The upstairs window did not have child safety lock and could not be opened so it was a serious fire hazard. The bricking under the window has been done higher than it was before making our windows smaller. We complained and was promised someone will come to fix the issues we reported. Took 2 months for someone to come out and looked at the issues rather than fixing them as they didn’t have the tools. Another couple months go by when finally someone else come out and put the child lock on but not fixed other issues. So we kept complaining obviously Matt is nowhere to be seen just keep raising it with customer service but now I’m thinking the whole department is Jon existing. We were told a manager will come out but not heard from anyone since. We placed our order over a year ago and the cladding is still not done estimated installation 15 months after placing the order. I wish we would have supported a small business rather then this terrible company. They offer customer service, great service, high quality products and I very much feel like we had none of these things. I would NOT recommend this company under any circumstances and I wish we could come out of this contract get it all cancelled and have it done built someone capable very disappointed that we spending all this money (30% more expensive than other companies) expecting a better service and not getting any of it. Why am I paying premium price? Feeling ripped off cheated out of my money and very unhappy!!! No one even returning our calls
