Fraud
Fraud - Car provided had check engine light on and died less than 20 miles on the road. Lost the day in Santorini and then found they charged us $300 for repairs for damage we did not cause. Autounion's response is incorrect - they state they offered a different car and imply I did not know how to drive a manual transmission. They offered no other car and not only have I driven manual transmission cars for the last 40 years, I have also owned several manual transmission cars. They have not provided any photos or evidence of the damage. They fail to maintain their cars, knowingly rent cars with problems, then pass the maintenance costs to the consumer. The check engine light should have alerted them there was an existing issue with the car. Don't waste your day in Santorini with a car that is not maintained.
