We was shown a couple of properties by Liam at waterfords and instantly felt at ease, friendly, relaxed, let us really take our time, gave us good and realistic ideas on what could be done to improve the properties as well as asking us all the necessary questions as we walked around. Unfortunately we did not offer or purchase the properties as we fell in love with another, however they were very close to what we was looking for and thought it was necessary to give a good review.
