Request for Refund has fallen on deaf ears
My husband and I have a NUFU subscription and had no issues and like it however we then told my brother about it during a recent visit so he signed up. My brother has some cognitive disabilities so I tried to set it up for him while I was there but was unable to get it working before I had to leave. I live 1200 miles away. I immediately contacted NUFU to request a refund for my brother's annual subscription of $124.99 and was told they would send it to billing and I would hear back in 48-72 hrs. I've heard nothing in almost a month in spite of my repeated emails and attempts to get an update and a refund for my brother. I think it is absolutely terrible that they take advantage of someone with cognitive disabilities and ignore and/or refuse to issue a refund when my brother has noone to assist him with setting NUFU up for him. It was not straightforward and I tried for several hours to get NUFU to work on my brother's TV as well as his iPad before I needed to leave.
