Kundenservice nicht erreichbar

Alles gut, außer man benötigt den Kundenservice. Dieser ist auf der Homepage durch mehreres Klicken mit einem Formular zu erreichen. Allerdings antwortet der Kundenservice nicht wirklich oder kann helfen, denn das macht eine KI, die unbrauchbar ist
