I made a monthly booking and paid in advance for the lessons. When we arrived for the first session, I noticed that the water was dirty, and I could see objects swimming in it. Unfortunately, my baby developed hand, foot, and mouth disease after that visit. I immediately cancelled the remaining sessions and explained what had happened. They informed me that they could not issue a refund but could provide a credit to my account. It has now been over a year, and I am still waiting for a refund, as there are no other nearby places where I can book lessons.
