Roof felting totally replaced. Excellent Job
In July 2020 Rafal replaced the felt on my roof along with some of the tiles. I have waited until now to write the review and am very happy to report that despite all sort of weather conditions over the last 7 months my attic is bone dry. In all of my dealings with Rafal he was 100% professional and honest. His quote was very competitive and his work excellent. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending PGR services.
