WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I'm REALLY Disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered my item on 10/02/2024, expecting it to ship within 3-4 business days (showed on the website before paying). When I called on 10/08/2024 to check on the delay, I spoke with Kevin, who was unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. I need these shoes for my sister by 10/10/2024 (I have an international flight), and all he said was that it would arrive on the 10th and I could refuse the package. How am I supposed to refuse it if I'm not home? I even suggested paying again for the same shoes and offered a prepaid overnight label since they don't have one, but he refused to help. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I highly recommend looking elsewhere than this Ind*a scammer shop!
