By accident, I purchased the wrong flavor and tried to contact support for help, but the system couldn't assist me. Yes, it said I could return the items later, but this seems like such a waste of resources when all that was needed was to change the items, as they were the same price. Now I have to wait for delivery, contact you for a return, ship it back to you and then wait some more... This could all be simplified if I was able to talk with a human, not a bot. Your company's process to correct a simple mistake seems counterproductive, and wastes time, money, and resources.
