I have purchased Smallwoods frames for years and never had an issue til this latest purchase. The frames were uneven in the corners and when I reached out I was told it was due to temperature changes and to use a furniture pen to color over the wood showing through. No where on the website does it tell you this can happen as I have been able to find anywhere. I love smallwoods frames but it’s disheartening to not be given good frames when I paid for that.
