Not what it used to be
I have ordered from Smallwood in the past and the items were beautiful. The almond colored stain in my most recent order was awful, cheap looking and had a green cast to it. It was not even close to the color I had ordered previously. I reached out to customer service who stated that that was their current color standard and the item passed a quality inspection so there was nothing they intended to do. I was advised to order new frames for an additional $288 plus tax and shipping after filling out their custom order form. I’m so disappointed in their unwillingness to correct the issue and lack of quality in their current products. I would have been a lifelong customer and now have no intention of using or recommending them in the future.
