Customer service not what it has been
Normally my experience with Phox has been fantastic, I have had the brita replacement filter and a regular order for alkaline for years. It helped me keep hydrated through chemo and was the only thing that didn’t taste off. Deliveries always on time and when I went to clean after chemo and hated the taste They switched straight back to alkaline for me no trouble. (Personal taste after chemo definitely nothing wrong with clean) I finally decided to upgrade and go for their own glass jug today. Unfortunately I seem to have ordered clean not alkaline, emailed straightaway and there is nothing they can do to change. Asked if I could cancel, said she had already told me I couldn’t. She didn’t, change and cancel are very different, I pointed this out, I admit her reply had got my back up, she stood her ground. I just think that the tone of the response was unnecessary. I also can’t believe that 2 minutes after an order they can’t make a change if they wanted to. Especially as I have been a loyal customer. Hey ho, doesn’t make me want to shout about them anymore and hopefully the jug lasts as I can’t imagine I want to buy another one now in the future.
