WOW I wish I had read these reviews before I traded my S20 in with this team when I purchased an S24 ultra. For reference in case of response my reference is 1410148. The trade in team claim my traded in phone has screen burn. They claim the navigation bar is darker than the screen (which the navigation bar shows darker against a white background on EVERY screen. They also claimed there was an image imprinted (burnt into the screen) on the phone. They sent me pictures of the phone on the "about" screen, pointing to the so called image which looks nothing more than a thumb print. I repeatedly asked them to show me clear images of the phone they repeatedly responded telling me it is clear to see. Well! It's not clear to me or anybody I have shown the pictures to!! No email response has a name to it, I have repeatedly asked for a call from a manager and they keep telling me to contact customer services to put in a complaint. I have already tried this and was told to wait for an email which I have not recieved. I refuse to call them again as it is not a freephone number!! This has been going on since the 13th of March, it is now the 5th of April.
