It is a practical course that makes you understand theory from the inside - processing personal experiences and perspectives is not only validating, but an essential part of the learning. The pace of work is good and well considered and it is set up to support you to get there. The assignments really help to consolidate the learning, and my tutors have been inspiring, genuine and supportive. I researched before choosing and I really think this course is value for money and provides a quality, ethical program. It has been gently but surely life-changing.
