Worst Crypto Exchange out their - AVOID always!
Won't let me sell or swap my crypto but are happy to receive any. I have been in contact with support for over a week regarding problems and they have done NOTHING to resolve such thing. I have all transcripts downloaded for proof purposes too, showing the abundance of ignorance and lack of any knowledge to their own services. They advertise being able to buy, sell and swap XRP but won't allow the sell or send of any XRP due to having no destination tags or memo's. Just constantly getting generic AI responses on live chat.. Would strongly recommend using any other service bar BITCOIN.com. If you want to get messed around and have no control over YOUR crypto, then please use bitcoin.com. 0/10 for service from me. Will be taking all my services to Kraken, an actually working company which doesn't lie, thieve and scam.
