taking away your rights, what a good step

1st they take you money to open free cases even tho you already paid for that, and now they take away your rights of opening free cases because "you haven't been active on the site" even tho I use the site almost every day. Also I have heard of people who have paid the 10 bonus $ that they have to pay to remove the inactivity and they get it once again. This site was fine last year but this year they have ruined it and turned it into a scam
