Big issue in your organization
You have a big issue in your organization at the Hotel. Some employees standing behind the check-in yourself desk are USELESS and UNHELPFUL ... Machines for the self check-in doesn't work, moreover we have to come back 8th times at the reception because the system of the key room is not working !! Fortunately some of your employees was helpful and our room was nice BUT our staying was a big mess thanks to your certain incompetents employees. You say that we need reservation for our well-being however the pool was crowded of people and there is some people whose are throwing a bottle of water in the middle of the pool with no concerns for the safety of the others guests.
