Very poor response times on tickets
Very poor response times on tickets. I’ve been waiting 3 days. It was never like this when I used to send a ticket to support. Live chat is off! No email contact, no phone number contact. Heart Internet management you need to get more support staff clearly, this is not 24/7 support. Read the recent reviews and do something about it! Otherwise you’ll loose your loyal customers.
